2.Will the item change colour?

With all metals gold and silver are prone to a little tarnishing with time also perfume and acid in a persons skin may increase chances of tarnishing.

3.What is your return policy?

It is not acceptable for a full refund if you simply change your mind about the product you have received. However, if you wish to exchange your item with another item at a similar price in our listings, we will be happy to do so. But you must pay for the postage again.

4.The items are urgent, please hurry!

Items will be despatched as soon as your payment is received. However, please allow a reasonable time frame for the order to be processed and delivered to you.
