We aim to send all jewellery within 48 hours of receiving payment. (except Saturday and Sunday, Public Holidays)

Once we have received your order and all your details are verified and payments have cleared, we will send the package to you. Please keep the email that we send you in a safe place as it will contain your order number and you should quote this number when you contact us here at Freckles World. 

Once the jewellery has been dispatched from our premises you will be sent a further email containing a tracking number and full details of how to track your order through the Courier Post delivery service.

We offer free delivery of online orders of $100 or over throughout New Zealand.

All orders are shipped by using CourierPost Signature Required track-and-trace courier bags.
All products are carefully bubble wrapped then protected by cupboard before putting in a courier bag.

$9.00  Rural delivery (all R.D address)

 

Most deliveries are made overnight. To track your package yourself, have your track and trace number ready and either call CourierPost on 0800 COURIER or visit www.courierpost.co.nz. Your track and trace number will be emailed to you once Freckles World has dispatched your order.
