We aim to send all jewellery within 48 hours of receipt of the order and whenever possible we will send your order in the next available mail out (Monday - Friday

Once you have placed your order we will verify your details and process your order. If your order is going to take us longer than 5 days to fulfil, we will let you know the expected delivery date by email.

Please keep the email that we send you in a safe place as it will contain your order number and you should quote this number when you contact us here at Freckles World 

Once the jewellery has been dispatched from our premises you will be sent a further email containing a tracking number and full details of how to track your order through the Courier Post delivery service.

We offer free delivery of online orders of $100 or over throughout New Zealand.

All orders are shipped by using CourierPost Signature Required track-and-trace courier packs.

Most deliveries are made overnight. To track your package yourself, have your track and trace number ready and either call CourierPost on 0800 COURIER or visit www.courierpost.co.nz. Your track and trace number will be emailed to you once Freckles World has dispatched your order.
